I work alongside your team to ensure the design and illustration side of the work is production-ready, consistent, and completed properly.

ONGOING MONTHLY SUPPORT

Reserved days each month, so nothing drifts or piles up

For teams with ongoing design and illustration needs, monthly support is the simplest and most effective way to work together.

You reserve a set number of days each month and I slot in as an extension of your team. That means context stays in place, decisions hold, and you are not re-briefing from scratch every time something needs attention.

How it works

Days are booked at least two weeks in advance, except for genuine emergencies
We do a short planning check-in at the start of each month
Work happens on the booked days
Between days, communication happens in agreed windows so things don’t sprawl.
Where possible, work is scheduled Monday to Wednesday

This structure keeps things predictable, contained, and manageable. Which tends to make everything else easier.

Each day is a focused block of work aimed at defined, tangible progress. For clearly scoped projects, I’ll estimate the number of days required upfront so you’ve got cost clarity before we begin.

Greenhill Living

Illustration and graphic design across education and community materials

Led illustration and graphic design across a wide range of outputs for use in childcare centres, kindergartens, and primary schools.

Work included instructional posters, stickers, flyers, newsletter templates, seasonal gardening charts, educational signage, colouring pages, story layouts, and character illustration.

Managed constraints around readability for children, print clarity at different sizes, low-cost reproduction, and consistency across formats over time.

The result was a flexible visual system that made complex ideas accessible and allowed new materials to be added without redesigning from scratch.
